Singing into the Bones
A sacred ritual for completion, integration and new beginnings.
Singing into the Bones was inspired by the traditional Mexican Closing of the Bones ceremony, in which Rebozos, beautiful woven shawls, are used to gently wrap and support the body.
Traditionally offered after childbirth, this ritual helps a woman settle back into herself, honouring the transition from woman to mother and inviting deep restoration.
During meditation, I was shown that this sacred act of closing is beneficial for anyone moving through an important life transition. By combining the wisdom of the Closing of the Bones ritual with ancient chanting, anointing and balming the body in combination with intuitive sound, Singing into the Bones was born.
This ceremony offers a deeply nurturing space to complete one chapter of life, integrate what has been lived, and gently open to what is ready to emerge.

The Ceremony
This intimate ritual lasts approximately 3 hours and unfolds in four sacred phases:
• A nurturing four-hand body massage with essential oils to invite deep relaxation.
• A warm herbal bath or flower foot bath, depending on the circumstances.
• Gentle wrapping of the body with sacred Rebozos (head, shoulders, abdomen, pelvis, thighs, knees and feet), creating a profound sense of support, grounding and containment.
• Ancient chanting and intuitive sound while the body is softly rocked, inviting deep surrender, integration and rest.
Throughout the ceremony, meditation, prayer and sacred herbs help create a safe and loving space for release, recalibration and renewal.
This ritual can be received in the comfort of your own home, when suitable, or in a peaceful space lovingly prepared for you.
